"We have had the pleasure of working with Ed on buying two homes and selling one home. He is a great source of information during the process of looking at homes, during the negotiation process, and during inspections. He is able to answer questions we have had on everything from different types of heating sources, the best way to utilize an escalation clause, and how to negotiate with the sellers when it comes to repairs based off the inspection. In terms of selling, our house was on the market for five days and had three days of showings including an open house and we got five great offers to choose from. We continue to be impressed with Ed on both buying and selling and would use him again in a heartbeat!"
